How we earn revenue

When you click one of those links and buy, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We hold no commercial relationship with any estate agency, developer, bank, law firm, government or other party named in our market dossiers or articles — that coverage is unpaid and carries no affiliate link.
How affiliate links work
Every affiliate link on this site goes through our own redirect at /go/[partner], and every one is marked rel="sponsored" (with "nofollow"), opens in a new tab and is labelled as an affiliate link where it appears. Search engines do not follow these links for ranking purposes, and they are clearly identified as commercial.
Editorial independence
What we cover, and what we say about it, is decided by the editorial desk. A commercial relationship never changes a rate, a rule or a warning we report, and partners do not review our pages before publication. Partners appear only where they are genuinely useful to the reader of that page.
